Dr. Andrew Fried, Periodontist

Dr. Fried attended Colgate University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology.
He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2000. He continued his studies at the University of Tennessee, where he completed his residency in Periodontology, as well as receiving a Masters degree in Oral Science in 2003.
Dr. Fried's professional focus is the treatment of periodontal disease, implant dentistry, and cosmetic periodontal surgery. He is also a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr. Kristine Quinto Moreno
Dr. Kristine Quinto Moreno graduated in 1997 from the Brandeis University of with a B.S. in Biology. In 2005, she graduated Dental School with a D.M.D. degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Moreno is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Howard County Dental Association. She currently resides in Columbia, MD with her husband who is also in the dental field working as an Endodontist. She enjoys walking, jogging, movies, dining out, reading and cooking.
Dr. Moreno wants to "be able to provide quality dental care to all patients and to encourage patients to be involved and knowledgeable about their dental health."
Dr. Michael Pantos, Orthodontist
Dr. Pantos attended Rutgers University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1986. In 1990, he graduated Dental School with a D.M.D. degree from Fairleigh S. Dickinson Jr., College of Dental Medicine.
In 1992, he completed his Orthodontic training at the State University of New York at Buffalo and received a Certificate of Proficiency in Orthodontics. Dr. Pantos is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and is a member of the following organizations:
- American Association of Orthodontists
- Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists
- Maryland State Society of Orthodontists
- American Dental Association
- Maryland State Dental Association
- Howard County Dental Association
- Omicrom Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Fraternity
His philosophy is "to provide comprehensive orthodontic care for children and adults."
Dr. Marc D. Star, General Dentist
Dr. Marc D. Star earned his D.D.S. from the University of Maryland in 1993. After graduation, Dr. Star did his general practice residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Michelle Stovall
Dr. Michelle Stovall attended Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology while taking pre-requisite courses for dental school. In 2003, she graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then spent a year at Columbia University where she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate program. The following year she rotated through St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY where she earned a General Practice Residency Certificate. In 2005, Dr. Stovall returned to Howard University to specialize in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Stovall is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Anne Arundel County Dental Society, Maryland State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
When asked what Dr. Stovall’s view of pediatric dentistry is she stated,
“Prevention is the hallmark of pediatric dentistry. I want to help patients develop habits early in life that maintain good oral health. In addition, I am a strong believer of the age-one dental visit, and I want to make more parents aware of this.”
Ever since the age of twelve, Dr. Stovall has wanted to become a dentist. After wearing braces for four years as a child, she developed an interest in dentistry. Outside of work Dr. Stovall enjoys traveling, reading, dancing and spending time with her friends and family.
